At this time, our shop is operated by a private individual and is not yet a registered business.
Therefore, we are unable to issue VAT invoices (faktura VAT).
If you require a bill or receipt (rachunek) confirming your purchase, we will be happy to provide one on request.
Once the shop becomes officially registered, full invoices will be available for all orders.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you’ve changed your mind or something’s not quite right, here’s everything you need to know about cancelling your order, making returns, and receiving refunds.
This policy applies to all orders placed through our online shop and is based on applicable Polish consumer law and EU consumer protection regulations.
Cancelling Your Order (Right to Withdraw)
As a consumer in the EU, including Poland, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — without giving any reason.
This is known as your right of withdrawal (Polish: prawo odstÄ…pienia od umowy). To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

When to Return the Goods
Once you notify us of the cancellation, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 calendar days from the day you inform us.
What Can Be Returned?
You can return any standard, non-personalised products as long as:

They are unused and in resaleable condition

You are within the 14-day cancellation window
Exceptions – What Cannot Be Returned
The right to cancel does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. greeting cards printed with your text or name)

Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. unsealed clothing worn against the skin)

Products that are damaged or used beyond what is necessary to check them

Who Pays for the Return?
If you cancel your order under the 14-day withdrawal right, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered shipping service. You are responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us.
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and:

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for your original order

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

If you chose a more expensive delivery option (like express shipping), we will refund only the standard delivery cost
If the items are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce your refund accordingly

We may delay your refund until:

We receive the returned item(s), or

You provide proof of return shipment (e.g. a tracking number) — whichever comes first.
We Don’t Offer Subscriptions
Please note: we do not offer subscription services or automatic renewals. Every order placed through our shop is a one-time purchase only.
